Spokane Valley
Spokane Valley's housing stock leans toward mid-century split-levels and 1990s–2010s subdivisions — meaning a lot of original-build steel doors with first-generation extension springs that are now well past their expected cycle life. The most common Valley calls we route: broken springs on older Veradale and Greenacres homes, opener replacements in Liberty Lake new builds (Sommer and LiftMaster), and cold-snap roller failures in unheated garages along Sprague.
North Spokane & Mead
North Spokane neighborhoods like Indian Trail, Five Mile Prairie, and Mead see a mix of newer construction with two- and three-car doors.
